Another fitness class that is rapidly growing in popularity is SURFSET Fitness, conducted by instructors from SURFSET Fitness Singapore. Using a specially-designed board which mimics the physical demands of surfing, participants employ plenty of surfing motions to get a full-body workout. Take your pick from four types of classes: Balance (for beginners), Core (to develop core strength and lean muscle), Sweat (to build aerobic capacity and burn fat), and FitCamp (which constantly varies the workout format for all-around fitness).
