2026 NBA Rising Stars Invitational
The NBA Rising Stars Invitational returns to Singapore from 23-28 June, bringing together standout high-school basketball teams from across Asia-Pacific for an exciting week of competition at OCBC Arena.
Notice - Venue Closures for National Day Parade
As part of the National Day Parade preparations and event operations, selected venues within The Kallang Precinct will be closed during the following periods. Patrons are encouraged to take note of the closures and plan the route before visiting.

2026 NBA Rising Stars Invitational
The NBA Rising Stars Invitational returns to Singapore from 23-28 June, bringing together standout high-school basketball teams from across Asia-Pacific for an exciting week of competition at OCBC Arena.
Headlined by NBA champions Jeremy Lin and Mitch Richmond, Los Angeles Lakers forward Rui Hachimura, and WNBA champion Lauren Jackson, fans can look forward to opportunities to see basketball icons up close throughout the event.
Held in collaboration with Sport Singapore and the Singapore Tourism Board, this year’s event features 12 boys’ and 12 girls’ teams of youth ages 18 and under competing in round-robin play before advancing to the single-elimination semifinals and final games.
Don’t miss your chance to witness the region’s rising stars compete on the big stage.
Event Policy
Security Checks And Admission Rules
- Full printed or electronic tickets must be presented for admission to the show/venue.
- There will be security checks at designated security check points, patrons are advised to arrive early.
- The following will not be allowed into the venue:
- Outside food and drinks
- Liquid containers and personal water bottles (must be emptied before entry)
- Bags exceeding 35cm x 20cm x 30cm
- Noise makers including but not limited to air horn, whistle, etc.
- Country flags, flags and placards and banners with offensive slogans, political messages or advertisement
- Fan boards sized bigger than 42cm x 29.7cm (A3)
- Patrons with prohibited items such as laser pointers will be denied entry.
Child Policy
- Infants in arms and children under 3 years old may be admitted free of charge provided they do not occupy a seat. (They must be seated on the lap of a parent/guardian).
- Individuals and Children aged 3 years old and above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission.Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older, who holds a valid ticket, remains with them throughout the event, and is responsible for their safety.
Audio, Photography & Videography Policy
- No professional photography and videography.
- Strictly no professional cameras, video cameras and GoPros.
- No selfie sticks, tripods and monopods.
- Live streaming of event is prohibited.

Heading To The OCBC Arena on Event Day
As we are expecting high volume of visitors on event day, we strongly recommend that you take public transport and come early. For public transport options, check out https://www.thekallang.com.sg/directions-and-map
Ticket Resolution / Box Office
The Box Office will be operating from the following date and time:
- 23 – 25 June 2026: 10AM
- 26 June 2026: 9AM
- 28 June: 1PM

- All ticket holders can enter the venue when the doors open at the following time:
- 23 - 25 June 2026, 11:00am (Doors open 10:00am)
- 26 June 2026, 10:00am – 2:00pm (Doors open 9:00am)
- 26 June 2026, 4:00pm (Doors open 3:00pm)
- 28 June 2026, 2:00pm (Doors open 1:00pm)
- Entry to the venue is subject to a security check.
