Led by professional trainers, Quick HIIT features short bursts of high intensity exercises that build stronger muscles and aerobic fitness.
These free weekly group exercises feature a variety of total body workouts that include calisthenics and bodyweight exercises. Work your core, upper and lower body muscles to improve fitness level and increase energy expenditure to either achieve a healthy body or train for your IPPT.

Join in Health Promotion Board’s MOVE IT with Active Family Programme suitable for parents and their children aged between 4 and 12 years old*. This programme is designed to deliver physical and health education through fun-filled activities that promote parent-child bonding and develop fundamental movement skills in children.

In 6 weeks, with guidance from fitness instructors, get to learn proper exercise forms and gain the confidence to build your own routine in a safe and supportive environment. Plus, meet like-minded individuals and motivate each other as you embark on this fun, fitness journey together!

Tuesday - Dance Remix Join this fun and exciting new addition to our line-up of dance fitness workouts as you move, jump and sashay to the rhythm and beat of remixed hits that will get you noticed on the streets! Ssspicy!
Thursday - KpopX Fitness KpopX Fitness is a dance fitness workout where it cleverly simplifies Kpop dance moves and combine it with aerobic & body toning exercises, making it easy for anyone without a dance background to keep up.
Saturday - Circuit Training Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
