Senior Manager, Digital Services (1 Year Contract)

We are seeking a highly analytical, self-driven and organised individual to join us as Digital Project Manager (Contract) to work on exciting Digital Transformation Projects. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of key digital transformation projects to achieve the company's growth objectives.
The appointed candidate will also work closely with the Technology & Data leadership team and business stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging and interactive customer-facing solutions.

• Ensure projects & enhancements are delivered successfully within budget, on schedule and adhere to internal policies, processes & standards such as contract management, Agile / SDLC and cybersecurity etc.
• Collaborate with team members in T&D (across App, Infra, Network, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data etc), business stakeholders, and vendors etc to deliver projects in a timely manner.
• Collaborate actively with business users to understand existing challenges, propose potential improvements / alternative solutions and technologies to bring about high-quality data-led transformative solutions.
• Work on integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies across multiple projects.
• Identify, manage and resolve complex issues, raise attention for escalations, where possible.
• Anticipate, manage, negotiate and mitigate project risks effectively to ensure deliverables are on track.
• Provide secretariat support for at various levels (Group, Department, and Project).
• Provide support in conducting Feasibility Studies, Industry Benchmarking / Research and Pilots.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with good appreciation of business needs and strong experience in digital build.
• Industry certifications in the following or equivalent will be a plus. (i.e. PMP, CITPM, Agile, SCRUM, COBIT, ITIL Change Management, Lean, Six-sigma, Design Thinking etc).
• Candidates with end-to-end systems implementation experience (of both SaaS and COTS solution) in three or more of the following business domain areas in the Sports, Entertainment and Lifestyle industry will be advantageous
• Able to analyse and translate business challenges / requirements into solutions and communicate these findings and recommendations effectively.
• Be highly motivated with a positive mindset and doer mentality. Is proactive with a strong sense of ownership and high level of professional responsibilities and ethics.
• Proven experiences in large scale, complex digital transformation projects. (Covering most stages of project lifecycle such as planning, market sensing, budgeting, tendering, design, development, implementation delivery, testing, change management, and transition to operations etc)
• Possess excellent business communications skills in conversing with business units and tech stakeholders (in written, verbal and visual presentations formats).
• Strong project management skills (across all project management disciplines).
• Good business acumen and ability to negotiate with business counterparts and vendors.
• Flexibility to prioritise multiple demands in a fast-paced and growing environment
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

• The level of appointment will depend on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
