SINGAPORE, 13 December 2023 – The Singapore Sports Hub transforms into Christmas Candyland this December. Get ready for roving acts, energetic performances, light displays, photogenic installations and Santa Claus himself to welcome the festive season over three weekends!
Themed ‘The Journey Onwards’, patrons enjoyed the first weekend on 9-10 Dec, and can expect this feast for the senses to continue on 16-17 and 23-24 December, from 4pm to 10pm.
A sweet feast for the senses
Imagine Willy Wonka collaborating with Santa Claus to deliver amazing decorations and installations fitting of the yuletide season. From giant-sized gingerbread men around the hub to magical festive lights, experience the Christmas spirit and snap some amazing photos for the ‘gram. These decorations can be found all around the Sports Hub, especially around the Water Sports Centre, along Stadium Riverside Walk, and at the atrium of Kallang Wave Mall.
Santa Claus is coming to the Hub!
Have you been naughty or nice this year? Don’t tell us, though - let Santa and Santarina know while you capture your meet and greet with a festive snapshot! Bring the family and indulge in the festivities. There are live performances by talented local bands and stage performances for all.
‘Tis the season for some jolly games and activities
Have a holly jolly Christmas by trying out our Christmas-themed activities and games as well as the Revolve 360 Photobooth and Digital Light Painting Photobooth – there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Don’t forget to stay active amidst the holiday feasting as well, with a special Christmas-themed workout programme led by personal trainer Tyen Rasif (@tyenrasif) on 16 December. If laughter is your preferred workout, catch stand-up comedian Sharul (@thesharulchanna) hanging out with Santa and Santarina on 17 December at Christmas Candyland!
