SINGAPORE, 11 December 2025 – The Kallang is the place to be on 31 December as the precinct comes alive with Countdown 2026 at The Kallang featuring free community activities, 35 minutes of spectacular fireworks displays, and the highly anticipated Countdown 2026 Concert headlined by K-pop group Super Junior! To further elevate the festivities, The Kallang Pass, introduced by The Kallang Group this year, will be a signature feature of this annual countdown celebrations going forward.
The Kallang Pass - your passport to the biggest sport and entertainment events at The Kallang in 2026!
One lucky winner will receive The Kallang Pass, a pair of tickets that grants the winner year-long access to a variety of 2026 sport and entertainment events held at the National Stadium and Singapore Indoor Stadium at The Kallang! All Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 18 and above are eligible to participate.
From 15 to 31 December, interested participants can collect a unique serialised contest card at selected information counters at The Kallang during operating hours. On 31 December, participants must attend Countdown 2026 at The Kallang and drop their contest card stubs into boxes located across the precinct. Participants must remain at The Kallang and be contactable as the lucky winner will be revealed at the event. A Night of Fun, Live Performances and Processions!
Admission to Countdown 2026 at The Kallang is free, with festivities starting from 7.00pm across the precinct.
Families can look forward to exciting activities at the OCBC Square such as lively puppet shows, a kids mass dance party and a Shimmer and Shine Zone where children can enjoy bubble popping fun! Rising Singaporean singer-songwriter WhyLucas, known for his soulful voice and high-energy performances will also take the stage at the square.
There’s much to look forward to across the precinct. Pop-up glam bars with glitter tattoo, face painting, hair beading, and vibrant countdown processions — featuring a variety of roving acts during two showtimes — will bring colour and joy to visitors at every turn. Four Fireworks Displays over the Kallang Basin, One Spectacular Countdown
The night’s fireworks extravaganza unfolds with a total of 35 minutes in four chapters, starting at 9.00pm with a five-minute fireworks display to kickstart the celebrations. This early fireworks display is specially curated for families to enjoy before their young ones turn in for the night. Two additional chapters will take place before midnight, each set to dynamic colours and upbeat pop music to heighten anticipation for the finale.
At the stroke of midnight, the climactic fourth chapter will light up the Kallang Basin with a breathtaking 15-minute display, accompanied by an electrifying performance by Super Junior. The fireworks displays can be viewed from various vantage points at The Kallang, such as the Stadium Riverside Walk, Water Sports Centre and Lawn Bowls at The Kallang (near Singapore Indoor Stadium), and at areas surrounding the Kallang Basin. Patrons are encouraged to come to The Kallang early to save a spot!
Partygoers seeking a more private but equally festive experience can purchase tickets to The Kallang Beach Club, which offers a live feed of the Countdown 2026 Concert, and a spectacular waterfront view of the fireworks. Tickets are priced at $100 for four people (excluding booking fee) and can be purchased here. Specially curated festive picnic boxes are also available at $50 for two (excluding booking fee) and can be pre-ordered here for on-site collection.
Countdown 2026 Concert at The Kallang
Countdown 2026 Concert at The Kallang will see the Kings of K-pop Super Junior, Chinese vocalist Cheng Huan (承桓), homegrown talents Benjamin Kheng, Tabitha Nauser, Iman Fandi, award-winning DJ Inquisitive, DJ Farah Farz and dance crews from O School take the stage on 31 December from 8:30pm. Tickets for the concert are sold out, but patrons can join in the festivities and watch the live stream of the concert from satellite screening sites at OCBC Square and Water Sports Centre at The Kallang.
Live stream of the concert will also be available on The Kallang’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube) and iQiyi’s TikTok (available for users in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia).
Countdown 2026 Concert at The Kallang is a rain or shine event. Mobile tickets will be issued two (2) weeks before the concert. To facilitate secure distribution of tickets among co-attendees, Ticketmaster’s ticket transfer feature will be enabled for this concerts. Find out more about the ticket transfer feature here. Ticketmaster is the only official ticketing partner for Countdown 2026 Concert at The Kallang. Concert goers who are found to have purchased resale tickets will be turned away from the concert, with no refund given.
