Glarie brings to the organisation a breadth of experience across corporate finance, IPOs and regional finance leadership with strengths in mergers and acquisitions, business partnering, corporate governance and risk management, and regulatory compliance.

A finance professional with more than 20 years of experience, Glarie has held leadership positions in diverse industries including technology, food & beverage and security solutions, contributing to stronger financial discipline, enhanced decision-making, and sustainable value creation.

Prior to this appointment, Glarie was Deputy Chief Financial Officer at The Kallang Group.
