Yazed is Group Head, Events & Placemaking and Place Management at The Kallang Group Pte. Ltd. (formerly Kallang Alive Sport Management Co Pte. Ltd.). He has over 25 years of experience in organising and leading major sporting events in Singapore including HSBC SVNS Singapore, Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon, OSIM Triathlon, OCBC Cycle and Singapore Tennis Open. Yazed led and helped establish new standards that ensured the successful execution and operation of these events. 

Prior to his appointment, Yazed served as the Senior Director, Sport Singapore. He held divisional and project leadership roles and was active in management committee roles with National Sports Associations and sports clubs.
