Train services on the CCL will be adjusted during the weekends

Circle Line (CCL) train services will run shorter hours on weekends from Apr 11 to May 17 for testing ahead of the opening of three new stations.

Train services across the whole CCL will end at 11pm on Saturdays and resume at 9am on Sundays during this period. Longer travel times of up to 30 minutes may be expected during the service adjustments. Commuters are encouraged to plan ahead, and consider alternative transport options when travelling in and out of The Kallang. For more information, please visit here.

In support of national efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, the Singapore Sports Hub has converted the OCBC Arena Halls to temporarily accommodate about 800 foreign workers (FWs) from Friday, 17 April 2020.

CIRCUIT BREAKER MEASURES AT THE SINGAPORE SPORTS HUB IN SUPPORT OF ELEVATED COVID-19 SITUATION
In line with the elevated safe distancing measures announced by the government as a circuit breaker to minimise further spread of COVID-19, the Singapore Sports Hub’s sports and recreational venues and facilities will be closed from 7 April to 4 May (inclusive).

The Singapore Sports Hub attracts members of the community as they seek to keep fit through playing sports, participating in fitness classes, jogging, wall climbing or working out at the gym. In line with the latest government advisories and guidelines, Singapore Sports Hub has implemented additional precautionary measures across its various venues, to ensure a safe environment for the public to continuously keep fit and stay healthy.

The Singapore Sports Hub’s vision when it opened its state-of-the-art, fully integrated sports, entertainment and lifestyle hub in June 2014 was to develop a programme, over time, to welcome everyone in Singapore to watch, play and support sports events and also to enjoy world class entertainment. Its comprehensive calendar of sports, entertainment and lifestyle events now has more than 225 events or more than 400 event days annually.
